Payment on hold 🥺

Hi, How to make my on hold money added to my wallet? If its on hold will it be possibly canceled ? I mean i can wait for 21 days if its sure will be released to my account but if it refund to the sender then i have to worry. My guest have pay me for a intangible service fee, i try to complete the payment but i don’t see any choice other than to add shipping detail. Please share your experience
