Payment missing

Someone claimed that he sent me the money and show me a receipt but i didn't receive any notification from paypal or got some money in my balance. So basically the payment is missing if anyone who can help me reach paypal. Im in Philippines so I can't basically call them.

Double check the email address they used and make sure there were no spelling errors.

Check they sent in the currency you can accept.

Also have you confirmed your email address?

Ask them if the payment is showing as completed or pending/unclaimed on their paypal account.

Lastly beware of SCAMS that send you fake paypal messages saying you have been paid when you have not.

It was written in europe. So I don't actually understand it, the email is correct, but it was just new paypal and i saw that he paid using IDEAL? that was i saw written. If i can just show the picture here huhu. I want to confirm it on paypal but i just can't call em.

The option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Nepal.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.
