Payment methods missing

I am trying to send money to an account and I do not see my other payment options. But when I try sending to another contact, I am able to see my other 3 payment options (debit, credit, checking account)

I am sorry to know that one of the payment post is not visible to send money. Please be advised, whenever you send money it will be validated through our security systems. If at all any risk found in the transaction the payment would be blocked or the payment source will get changed or might not be visible to make payments. In this case, please try again at later time or use different funding source.
