Payment freezes and just spins round and round and round and .......

Hi All,

So I have recently had an issue with my account, whereby I made two payments earlier from my bank account - without issue. Now however, when I try to submit a payment to my account, I get this just spinning, and spinning and spinning, over and over and over....

I left it earlier, came back 2 hours later.... still spinning! This happens about once every few weeks, then it stops and works again, then its back to this... Driving me up the wall!

Any ideas?
