I made a payment via bill pay with my linked credit card to my HOA. 3 days later I got a notice saying “ Your payment didn't go through. Go to your bill, add or update your payment method and try again.” However that transaction has been posted on my linked credit card. What does this mean? Will o get a refund? Should I make another payment!?!!!
