Payment chahrged from the bank but not shown on PayPal

I've just made a purchase from https://www.soundtoys.com/ and the payment was charged from my bank, but the payment is not showing on PayPal's account, neither the seller's website. I wanted to contact PayPal, but it is not showing the payment, so I don't know what to

Welcome to the PayPal Community. I'm sorry to hear a recent purchase isn't going quite as you had planned. I would recommend reaching out to your bank to double check if it was actually charged or if it was just an authorization. If it was actually charged, you may want to ask them what kind of dispute options may be available only if the merchant isn't able to help you any further as well.
