I'm trying to pay the invoice billed to me by the services provider. I cannot pay until I'm registered in PayPal which is not my intention. I'm trying to pay the service provider using a credit card but cannot go through. On the other hand, it's become a credit limit (I think) in my account. How can I cancel all the transactions? How can I pay the service provider without having an account with PayPal?

Hello @Haslinah,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues paying as a guest. Unfortunately, not all transactions may be completed as a guest. Depending, on how our Security System reviews the transaction at the time of checkout, it may prompt you to sign into your PayPal account to complete the transaction.
In regard to the credit limit, PayPal Credit is not available in Malaysia, so I'm unsure what you may have signed-up for. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
Good luck!
