The page https://www.paypal.com/ua/smarthelp/article/faq4646 contains information that PayPal services are expanding for Ukrainian customers.
But the page has the following information:

In view of the developing situation in Ukraine, PayPal reserves the right to modify these changes and services at any time and such modifications will be effective immediately upon notice being published on our website. Exchange rates and third-party fees may still apply. All services are provided under the terms and conditions of the corresponding PayPal User Agreements.
Since I am a client, I would like to understand whether it will be possible to receive and withdraw PayPal funds after June 30, 2022 in Ukraine?
