PayPal denied Shopify request to accept automatic payments

Hello,

 

I am using PayPal to accept payments on my Shopify account. However, when I tried setting up a subscription option for my clients Shopify denied it due to Paypal not accepting automatic payments. Any recommendations how can I start accepting automatic payments via PayPal?
