Financial difficulties

Due to a change in circumstances I have recently missed some payments on my paypal credit account. Is there some way of setting up a repayment plan ad I am unable to pay the minimum payments at this time. Or am I able to request a payment holiday? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to find these answers
