PayPal Transaction

Hi, I recently got paid 31$ through an online shop.

For all I know, it takes a bit of time for the money to be automatically transferred to my bank account. The weird thing is, the money somehow instantly transfers from my PayPal account to my bank account, according to my PayPal summary. But when I checked my balance on the banking app, there's still no change whatsoever. Is this normal?

Even weirder, when I checked the summary on the PayPal app, it says there "You transferred $31.30 CAD to your PayPal", but somehow, according to my summary in the app, I transferred it *from* my PayPal balance? What's going on here? I'm confused. Please let me know if there's any answers.

I am sorry to hear this is happening and I appreciate this must be confusing. 

You can view all your recent transactions on the 'Activity' section of your PayPal account. For a more detailed view, I recommend accessing this via the PayPal Website rather than the app.

PayPal only withdraws or adds funds with your permission. The below articles may help:

I would also check what way you have integrated your selling platform/website with PayPal to receive payments as this may provide some clarification
