“None exist transaction” ?

I was sending money from my phone to someone’s paypal friends and family, it ran into a problem, I forgot what it said but it was about there was something went wrong with my bank. I was charged the money from my bank account but the transaction did not go through, there was no transaction recorded in the recent activity tab neither. What should I do/who should I contact? Many thanks!

I understand you attempted a payment which did not successfully complete but you see a charge on your bank account. I appreciate how concerning this must be.
It sounds like this charge is pending authorisation on your bank account. A pending authorisation should drop off after 3-5 business days.
I would advise reaching out to your bank provided if this does not drop off/cancel after 3-5 business days.
