My payment has come in for non-tangible services, but the money is on hold and in the articles in help suggest that I change it to non-tangible - but the option is not there to do it once the payment has come in? How do I change this? Otherwise I have to wait too long for the payment to clear!
This article doesn’t help because when I follow the instructions and go to ‘activity’ there is no option for get money nor the following: ‘Update the order status if the held payment is for a service or intangible item (e.g. piano lessons, e-book) and you'll get your money in 7 days.’ It doesn’t have these options??
