My payments for a specific site(TCGplayer) keep getting refunded whenever i try to pay an order with paypal. It's only with this website and i have been ordering from this website for years with no problems until now, i've changed the card, the bank account and even tried making a new account but it still keeps doing the same refund. Paypal support claims it's their internal security but i've not heard anyone else have this problem and my friends have still ordered from this website using paypal with no problem. If it was their internal security it should be a more widespread problem refunding orders all over but it's not. Is there a fix or a way to force paypal to actually take a look because it is ridiculous their only advice for me is to open an entirely new credit card because they cannot do their own job and fix their own faulty security system.
