Hello. I have a personal PayPal account and a business account. I tried to send money to my business account, but there was some sort of glitch and it ended up going to somebody that I don't even know. I tried to go through the Resolution Center, but PayPal came back in the same day saying there was nothing wrong with the transaction. What do I do now? Fortunately, it wasn't much money, but it's definitely making me to NOT use PayPal now!!! Any advice???
I understand your concern regarding the payment being sent to the wrong person. If the transaction has been completed, then you need to contact the recipient and ask them to refund the money. If the payment has been sent as a personal payment, then it is not covered under PayPal's buyer protection policy.
