My mastercard does not show as a withdrawal method anymore on paypal

Hi, I have added my mastercard around 1 month ago and did 3 withdrawals to it since then. Now when i tried to withdraw my money it didnt show up despite it being set to the auto transfer card. What should i do? Is this a bug?

Okay but why was i able to transfer it to that card 3 times already but now i cannot?
