My linked bank account is not showing up as an option when I try to transfer funds from PP

Same is happening with our account.
The linked company bank account works the other way round to transfer fund INTO the PayPal account, but when I try to transfer funds OUT to the Business Current Account it's not showing as an option.
I have used the Message Centre to now avail, I have also phoned the customer services helpline this morning, they deleted the bank account and I reattached, this did not solve the issue. The have now blamed the Natwest bank saying they must have a block on PayPal transferring, having also spoken with them this morning they have verified (as suspected) that they have no blocks on any accounts making payment TO our current account.
Has anyone been able to solve this mystery? TIA!

OK, I solved this for our account at least, added the app on the phone and the bank account was showing and I was able to make the transfer.

my isn't working too
it was working before i had protection for fraud and such
this is the way only way to send my family money
i wondering if it's because mine is a credit union

Having this issue as well, was working fine an hour or 2 ago but now the account has disappeared

The original post is old, but it looks like they have an issue at PayPal as there seems to be new / recent surge in reports of this issue again, including me. I've tried removing and re-adding my account, it doesn't list any problems when adding it back in, but it doesn't show for selection when trying to transfer money to my bank account. I've used the same bank account with PayPal for 18 years, without issue.
