My balance is not listed as a payment method

When I want to make an online payment, I see the message: "You haven't linked a payment method to your PayPal account yet"

I have sufficient balance, but it is not listed in payment method.

What should I do to pay from my balance?

The funds have to be in the correct currency as paypal only auto converts from a bank account or card.

I have USD in my account and want to buy something using that but when I transfer to my card I use TTD. Is that why I can't select my PayPal balance first?

Can't use a balance in  your country.
