My Refunds is taking along time

Hello, I just want to ask, I have a refund from Shutterstock which is already a month and days have passed and it only says at the activity as "Refund", how long does this refund usually take place?

It makes perfect sense that you're upset about the refund you haven't yet gotten. The original payment method used by you to make the purchase will receive all refunds. The amount you requested should be returned in the chosen currency. Please click on the link for more information about the refund.
Since it has been over 30 days, I advise you to get in touch with the PayPal support team through your account so they can look through your account and give you detailed assistance.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
