Moving from PayPal to Nequi

I have problems with bringing my money from PayPal to my nequi account to Colombian pesos when I have done it on other occasions and what is happening to me now does not happen to me, below I attach the error that appears in the image

Welcome! Thank you for joining PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues transferring money out of PayPal. Is Nequi a digital bank? If so, you may have problems transferring funds to it. I would recommend trying to transfer your funds to another bank.
