Hello everyone, here is my issue:
On August 26th I tried to transfer, as I always did, some funds from my credit card to my paypal account by sepa transfer, making the deposit to PayPal Europe virtual IBAN.
The thing is that at the time of the transfer, the Paypal Europe IBAN and BIC codes had changed, and I hadn't realised that.
To this day the money has not arrived on my Paypal account and no transaction is showing. I would like to understand if and when the money will come back to the card for failed transaction, if it will remain in some sort of limbo, or if I have lost it permanently.
