Money transfer memo line not available?

Trying to send money (via ACH) to pay for a product in Germany. The bank in Germany requires that I write my order number and customer ID in the reference line (like a memo section). But Paypal doesn't seem to have a reference line.  If Paypal simply doesn't have this feature, could anyone point me to an online money transfer service that does (for international)?

Hi, @JamesDoubleOh7. Not being able to add a note to a transaction is certainly a concern.

If you are using the Pay & Get Paid tab in your PayPal account, there should be a space for a note or memo when going through the process of submitting a transaction. If you received an invoice, the same would be true.

If needed, please log out of everything on your computer or mobile device, delete the cookies and temporary internet files and re-start your system/device before trying again. Please also try using a different browser or use the website (with a computer or laptop) instead of going through the app or the mobile website (with a mobile device), or vice versa.
