Hey there, I just tried to make a purchase on a site and got through to PayPal, clicked on something else by accident and it took me back to the pre-payment page. Had to go back into PayPal. Checked my acc first and PayPal have taken the money out of my account. Says visa hold. Is there any way to speed up the process of getting this money back? It was a pretty decent amount.
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
