Money still on hold after 4 days of delivery!!

I have sold multiple times using PayPal and each time I've had my money on hold. I would like to have my money sooner then 21 days this time around. My payment is still on hold despite including tracking information. I sold an item through Depop and the customer has confirmed receiving the package and it says delivered on the Depop app. The PayPal customer service messages says the same thing and doesn't help. It just repeats that adding shipping will let me receive my money one day after delivery. It's been four days since it's been delivered and I still can't access my money. I have proof of delivery but don't know how to edit it in PayPal?

Funds are normally released when tracking shows online that the item has been delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers.
If completed and no funds are released then contact c.s. and request manual release of funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Hi, did you reveive your funds? I am having the exact problem! Even after they said I will receive within 1 day of delivery! Whats wrong with Paypal btw?

It sounds like your payment has been placed on a one-off hold. This hold helps ensure that the seller has provided the goods or services purchased from the buyer. 

We'll release your payment 1 day after the delivery has been confirmed via online tracking or once a buyer verifies they've received the item.

Im also facing the same problem. I sold stuff on depop and it’s been 2 weeks since the money has been on hold. I’ve added all the tracking details necessary and still have not had my funds released. I sold more stuff today and immediately added tracking information but that also has not come through. The help centre doesn’t really do anything because it keeps saying I need to add tracking which I already have. Also calling is useless because it’s just an automated message. Is there anything else I can do

I checked with the recipient and they said it had been delivered a few days ago but the paypal status still says shipped
