I have sold multiple times using PayPal and each time I've had my money on hold. I would like to have my money sooner then 21 days this time around. My payment is still on hold despite including tracking information. I sold an item through Depop and the customer has confirmed receiving the package and it says delivered on the Depop app. The PayPal customer service messages says the same thing and doesn't help. It just repeats that adding shipping will let me receive my money one day after delivery. It's been four days since it's been delivered and I still can't access my money. I have proof of delivery but don't know how to edit it in PayPal?
