Money sent on Hold

Sent money to my sister but instead I have received a message to confirm Purchase and the money is on hold. I did not order any product.

Sadly as you don't have the friends/family option in your country then all payments go as goods/services and the receiver is subject to the new seller hold.

So to release the money more quickly ask them to mark the transaction as processed then you may have the option on your account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If you confirm this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, funds may be released sooner ie 7 days after you verify receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
