I have sent 400$ to somebody as payment for a product, but after sending the money it says "Some of the money from your monthly sales is temporarily on hold. See the Money page for details."
I read that this can happen to new sellers as a way to prevent scams and stuff like that, thing is im not a seller...i just bought something from someone and used paypal to send the money, so i dont know why my money is on hold and its important that the other person receives it as soon as possible
