Money pending following goods and services transaction

Hi there,

I sent a payment to a personal account as goods or services (as I don't know the person selling) within the UK. They have added tracking to the transaction however it was not a supported company by paypal so the 'items received' button hasn't appeared for me. Is there any way I can speed up the release of funds for the seller? I have received the item as expected.
