I am having some problems with getting money from hold.
I know, it says that will get it after 21 days after payment, due to my account being new. But here's the thing: i did everything, that is required to get my money from hold after 7 days. I marked product as "good and services"(i did art commission) and it didn't need tracking info. I asked my customer to confirm the receipt, but they couldn't. They sent me a screenshot of their receipt and it said that I, as a receipient, should have recieve my money by 19th August, which is today. But i haven't recieved the payment. Even if get it after 21days after payment, why there's different date of receivement on my customer's side of receipt?
Have anyone had this problem? And is there any way to solve it?
