Money disappeared

My money disappeared. Our customer paid us in August, it was put on hold said till 9/7. Now it is gone without a trace. As if it never happened. I could not reach a real human being by calling or message. Please help. Thanks.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues with a recent transaction. At first this sounds like it may be a Payment Hold, but it also sounds like it may have been an Unclaimed Payment that may have been cancelled. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to look into this a bit further.

It is so frustrating that I tried to call so many times only to get messages that no one is available to talk. Then I tried to use the text messages and that automatically disconnected as well. Extremely frustrating and told my team not to have our customers pay us via PayPal anymore. My $6450 disappeared as if it never happened and it supposed to be on hold till 9/7. Now it is completely gone and I cannot get hold of anyone to help me.
