Is there a place to just give PayPal feedback or make a request?
I'd like to make two suggestions to PayPal but don't know where I can do that.
Here they are, in case PayPal actually looks here
1) I get emails when people pay me the amount I charged, but I don't know the net. It's not useful for me to know that Client Z paid me $300. What I need to know is that I have to enter 287.24 in my bank statement. Can't the net amount be in that note so I don't have to log into PayPal?
2) 99% of the time I go to transactions, I want to see something that happened this week, but it defaults to a period about a month ago. Why? What are the odds that that's useful? Couldn't it default to last 30 or, even better, 90 days and we could change that if need be?
