MONEY NOT RECEIVED IN BANK ACCOUNT

I HAD SHOP ON A WEBSITE VIA PAYPAL ON 26TH OF FEB BUT ANYHOW THE TRANSACTION GOT CANCELLED AND THEY REFUNDED MONEY TO PAYPAL.

PAYPAL IS ALSO SHOWING THAT THE REFUND HAS BEEN COMPLETED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.(EVEN AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS).

I HAVE TRIED A LOT TO CONTACT PAYPAL REGARDING THIS BUT I HAVE NOT GOT ANY SATISFYING ANSWER FROM THEIR SIDE.I HAVE ALL MY BANK STATEMENTS.

Check which card you used when made payment through PayPal. Did you use card not linked to your bank account thus you cannot see it on you bank balance. Maybe you used for example credit card. Money will go back to original payment method you used when you made purchase.

I HAVE USED PHYSICAL BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD AND OFFCOURSE IT IS LINKED TO MY BANK.

I see you marked this as solved so hopefully someone was able to help you. I wasn’t doubting that you have debit card and it is linked to your bank account but since it is really old transaction it could be paid by different payment card. If you click on PayPal refund you will see last 4 digits of the card/Bank account it has been refunded to.

BY MISTAKE I HAVE MARKED IT SOLVED.

ANYWAY I HAVEN'T DO ANYTHING WITH MY ACCOUNT THE CARD WHICH I USED FOR PAYMENT IS SAME AND STILL THAT CARD IS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT.(THAT IS THE ONLY CARD  I HAVE ADDED IN MY ACCOUNT)

On 30th September 2020, I have transferred some money from my Paypal account to my bank account; till now I have not received it. What could be the problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received transferred funds into your bank account. Transfers to bank accounts can take 5-7 business days to be completed. If the funds do not appear in your bank account after 7 business days have passed, please reach out to Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website page to view available options.
