MONEY NOT CREDITED AFTER DUE DATE

Paypal has previously held back my $101 and allowed me to cash $300. The remaining balance was to be available on Sunday 09/11/2022. However, the money is still on hold, while the ONHOLD Button is inactive. I realize there are technical error messages popping up when I want to further process my release of money. 

Please help for I sent all needful information and I received e-mail that all limitations have been released, but why cant I be given my money back.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
