Every so often when I need to send money you get asked to request a verification code which is sent to you by text. I was trying to send money yesterday and got that question . It took 7 HOURS for the code to come through …Why so long?

Ask your phone provider why it took so long to send it to you?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
