Is there a way to cancel a subscription that I bought as a guest through paypal?

Last year I bought a subscription to a game through paypal on a guest account. I have tried to contact paypal for help and they don't seem to understand the problem. I have the profile ID of the guest account. I now owe money and no one can help me. I have tried to contact the merchant and no response. Someone please help.
