Is it possible to sort out the 21day money hold time

I had a person purchase from me in depop but that made paypal put my account in hold and after this I refunded the money to the person but the money isnt gonna send but after 21days? Is there any way to fix this and make the payment arrive to the person quicker? To be clear I already sent the refund paypal is just holding it.

I understand your concern about the refund on the account. Please be advised that when the seller initiates the refunds to the buyer, PayPal will process the money immediately. Refunds will always credit back to the original payment method. Depending on the funding source used to send the payment, it may take some additional time for your refund to be processed. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account.
