Is the instant deposit feature down? Been waiting 14 hours on an instant deposit. No message no issue with my account.

I am sorry to know that you're facing issue while transferring funds. It is possible that this might be due to technical issue on the website. As of now, there is not down time on PayPal transfers. In this case, I would recommend you to try some troubleshooting such as clearing cache and cookies or try using different browser.
