Having issues by persons saying can't find my paypal account to send money,

Are you in the U.S?

Have you verified your paypal account?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Are they using the correct email address with no spelling errors?

Or are they sending to your app by the mobile phone number and have you confirmed that number and its correct?

Have you any limitations?

Have you tried sending a money request or invoice if you are selling something?
