If I put money on my PayPal card then tried to use it later, why does my card keep being "declined"?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble making purchases with your PayPal Card. For assistance troubleshooting, I recommend contacting Customer Support by calling the number on the back of your card. You can also reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
