I sold something 3 weeks ago and the buyer has marked as received but I still don’t have my money

What do I have to do to get my money, I have asked the guy to mark the PayPal thing as confirmed receipt a week ago and he still hasn’t replied. I have sold a jacket to someone on Depop 3 weeks ago and my money is still on hold even tho the buyer has received the item

Funds are normally released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 day to the buyer.

If you did not send with tracking OR the item was digital or a service then you can mark the transaction as processed and the buyer 'may' have the confirm option on their paypal account BUT they do not have to use it if they do not want to and that option is not always available, if its not then you need to wait the full 21 days unfortunately.
