My well pump quit and I needed to purchase one at Lowes.com. I have been on the phone with both all day. There are no problems with my account and I have the available credit. Just got off phone with PayPal again. I was told since I dont make purchases that large ($600) on regular basis is the reason I cant make a purchase that is a EMERGENCY and to try again in 2 or 3 days it might work then. What is the use of having available credit if it's not AVAILABLE. This is ridiculous! I have been with PayPal since the beginning. I always kept some room on my PayPal to use for emergencies etc but that was a mistake.
