I have just received an email from PayPal informing me of a refund for an item that was not delivered.
However I have already informed them that the item, although extremely late, had finally turned up, therefore I do not require a refund from PayPal.
The website is so difficult to use if you don't fit into one of their categories, there is no place to put an extraordinary issue, nothing on that site is easily accessed or makes a great deal of sense. "Pay pal please do not refund the item" that is all I want to say! how difficult can that be???? I have tried so many parts of the system to add a message but the whole issue is a disaster, no! the message center does not work properly, now it is closed! honestly I give up.

You can repay the seller. Just click the transaction to get their PayPal email address and send them a friends and family payment so they don’t get charged fees again that they lost the first time.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
