You have a Cypriot paypal account so can I confirm you live in Cyprus.
Only a lot of folks in countries where paypal is not supported use that countries account to try and bypass the fact that they can't use paypal in their country.
If so then it won't work properly and you won't be able to withdraw funds more than likely.
