I have a problem with paypal money

I have a problem with paypal, I received a sum of money, money is dollars, but I don't see the amount in my account, if I receive money in euros I see them in my account, what is the problem and how can I solve it

Sure its not a fake paypal email? If the funds are not in your balance then how do you know you have been paid?

Also have you added USD as a receiving currency in your paypal wallet?

Thanks a solved the problem ,I transferred the dollars in the currency euro ,and now I have my money in my account .
