I have a negative account, I can't top it up with the linked card.. This is because I have a temporarily limited account, although it says I can receive payments (Receive money or payments)? Or do I just have to wait for the restrictions to be lifted?
It just turns out that my account has been restricted because of a negative balance, which I can't top up because of restrictions. Wheel of samsara.
