I can t withdraw my money through the card.

Hi. Today i wanted to withdraw my money directly to my card but it got declined with the message:" 

We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer 4,86 EUR to your card.  You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance. If your card has not been updated in a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer your funds to.". I updated the card, it didnt work. I tried with another card and still not working.

The withdrawal of money might have been blocked by our security system to make sure that your account is safe and secure. In this case, please wait for 72 hours and then try to withdraw the money from your account. You can also contact us directly from your PayPal account or by clicking on Contact us at the bottom of the PayPal website. Alternatively, you can send PM via Facebook and a DM via Twitter.
