There was no money on the card attached to paypal, I tried to pay a couple of times without success. I put money on it, but since then I can't pay, the google play store always says: "Rejected, unsuccessful!" I should contact paypal customer service, what could be the problem, can someone help me with this? I thought I got a one-day suspension on my account?

I am sorry to hear that you're not able to use the account to make payment. I would request you to try using different browser or try clearing the cache or cookies before making the purchase. If it still doesn't work, check if you have any limitations on your account. If you do have limitations, here is how to remove limitations.
If you don't see any limitations and still facing issues withdrawing funds, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Help & Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
