Hi! Anyone please help me, why I can't send payment? It's said "Sorry we weren't able to complete at your payment this time, please try again later.

Countries?

Transaction type?

New account?

Old account, new problem?

Funding source?

Is it confirmed?

Back up funding sources?

Are they confirmed?

Currencies involved?

etc.

Hi! @kernowlass 

Countries indonesia, for transaction type sending payment, this is old business account, funding source my paypal balance, sure Is it confirmed, and backup funding sources my debit card, Currencies USD.

 

I often have this problem, need to wait a few days I can send payment again, but this time it's been a few days still can't send payment. 

Sorry we weren't able to complete at your payment this time

I’m having the exact same issues. I’ve never been able to log into to credit card part of PayPal since having the card. I’ve called PayPal a dozen times just for them to transfer me over and over with no clue as to what I’m talking about. Horrible experience every time I try to figure out the issue. I’ve tried multiple computers, phones, the app, the website. Every time I click on PayPal credit I “sorry there was a technical error. Please try again later”
