I can't make payments with my account

Hello,

I'm trying to verify my card and I get a message that says "You're unable to link this card, contact the support team in order to help you with this issue" and I'm not able to send money to my friends/family.

What can I do?

Do you actually live in Cyprus?

Only a lot of folks who live in countries where paypal is not supported appear to use a Cypriot account.

If you can confirm where you live I can advise further.
