I am trying to make a payment to zumiez.com never had an issue before. I am in Canada. The only thing that has changed is a new phone login with my PayPal but I tried to place the order and it was blocked x4. Yet I used it to make 2 purchases after both to Canadian retailers without issue. How do I fix this as it seems to be an issue with Zumiez.com specifically?

That normally does the trick in situations where the issue seems to be on the merchant's site.
